Troy Hunt on FedEx and phishing - similar to my experience with the French Post

In a recent article, Troy Hunt, the guy behind "Have I Been Pwned", rightfully rants about how FedEx is making it easier to get phished.
Basically, he details how FedEx sent several texts and emails that clearly looked like phishing, but in the end were not.
This reminded me of my own experience with the French Post (which I wrote about here in French).
We're in 2024, my post is from 2021, and as Troy points out, with AI-generated scams and phishing, things are only getting worse, but still it looks like FedEx, National Posts and other do not really care.
