Sailfish OS 5.1 translation round

Context
As usual, before a new Sailfish OS version gets released, contributors are asked to translate the new entries or updating existing ones.
I am the "moderator" for French language, so that gives a good indication of what this new version will bring.
This time, a lot of people helped translating, so I mostly had to validate or tweak a bit the translations, which took me roughly 90 minutes (instead of several hours in the previous rounds).
What changed
See below the updated projects with the most translation needed:
In order, from the most changes to the least changes:
- Sailfish Weather: a lot of new strings about weather forecast, which will likely be more integrated into the stock SFOS
- Jolla Settings System: showing some new features, e.g. an upcoming "temporarily lock phone after X wrong security code failed attempts"
- apk8d: updates to App Support, with e.g. microG services likely directly embedded
- Jolla Settings Networking: adding more controls to tethering, e.g. displaying how many clients are connected
I've deliberately limited the list to the top 4, as the rest is mostly very small changes.
Anyway, we'll soon see Sailfish OS 5.1 in action, stay tuned!
