I'm back at using Intervals.ICU !
Context
Back in November 2023, I wrote an article where I explained that I was reducing the number of running apps/sites I was using.
This included Intervals.ICU, which I started using before Suunto allowed its mobile app to create structured workouts. I noted that, while I loved Intervals.ICU, I just had less use of it these days.
Reviving it
As part of the work with my running coach from Expert Sport Coaching, I'm using Nolio - it is a great tool to plan my workouts, and analyse them.
What it's lacking though, is the ability to compare two sessions, to see how my progress.
Guess what? Intervals.ICU has this very feature, and Nico my coach is having a look at it, so I enabled again the synchronisation to Intervals.ICU (through RunGap of course).

I especially like the fact that Intervals.ICU shows a flat line when I'm not moving at aid stations:
